EXPERIENCED IN DESIGN, RENOVATIONS, REAL ESTATE & MANAGEMENT
Born and raised in beautiful rural Wisconsin, Christine received her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin, real estate education from Kaplan, and design certificate at the Interior Design Institute in Newport Beach. She has had a 30-year career in operations management along with experience in real estate, commercial and residential renovation, design, maintenance, staging, and emergency restoration.
While enrolled at UWM, Christine was trained by the university as a Building Inspector for its residence halls kickstarting her interest in commercial space. After graduation, Christine built an award-winning career in Human Resources Management. Initially a headhunter, hired by firms to source and hire talent, she was recruited as the first female executive of Resolute Systems, Inc. a privately-held legal services company ranked by Inc. Magazine as the "66th Fastest Growing Company in America" in 1993. Christine managed Human Resources for the firm and contributed to the successful expansion of Resolute Systems into new markets, relocating to various cities to establish new conflict management centers, hire and train the staff. She earned awards and accolades including “Award of Excellence 1993,” and "Employee of the Year 1994."
When Resolute's expansion was complete, Christine relocated to San Francisco to pursue culinary, viniculture, and mountain biking interests. There she was recruited to lead account management for UK based MAID Profound in the burgeoning high-tech information world of Silicon Valley before being transferred to the Los Angeles office.
Thereafter, Christine became the Operations Director of a prominent Newport Beach law firm, The Daily Law Group, where she contributed to the firm’s 3150% revenue growth from 1996-2018 while successfully controlling overhead and increasing net income. She was in charge of bookkeeping, human resources, facilities, insurance, training, case management, California estate planning, and sat second chair at a successful trial which is rare for a non-attorney. During her tenure, she also operated Senior Survival Legal Plan, A Wisconsin corporation, offering estate planning services.
Christine Padour Daily is an advocate and believes in community. She has donated her time and talents to her local communities, children's activities and schools. Elected to three terms as a Board Member for One Ford Road, a national award-winning community located in Newport Beach, California, she successfully spearheaded multiple commercial renovation projects from concept and design through construction including the community clubhouse, children’s tot lot, security gatehouses, community parks and pools, and community signs. She organized community events, enhanced communication, and improved safety and security by creating community watch and CERT in collaboration with the Newport Beach Police Department.
Elected twice as a Board Member at Trailwood in Irvine, California, Christine conceptualized multiple renovation projects including the renovation of the children’s playground, an addition of a barbeque island at the common area pool, an updated pool shower and restroom facility, and community signs.
Christine has volunteered her time and talents as a Writer and Docent for the Corona del Mar Middle School & High School Home Tour, as a PTA Board Member, Room Parent, Cub Scout leader, and Team Mom. Christine has been published by The LA Times Daily Pilot.
A trained Advocate by Laura's House, an agency providing domestic violence related support, education and counseling, Christine supports healthy relationship education for teens and families. She understands coercive control within domestic violence, supports traumatized individuals, provides guidance to individuals transitioning from abusive relationships and from marriage through divorce as well as to those enduring fraudulent conduct in dissolution and child/spousal support.
Christine Padour Daily is divorced, has two sons 22 and 19 and lives in Newport Coast. In her free time, she enjoys a healthy lifestyle and is up for adventure including travel, golf, hikes, spin, beach, bikes, yoga, SUP, badminton, waterskiing, snowmobiling, photography, floral and garden design, culinary explorations, cooking, and entertaining.
